Refund Policy

Software is not returnable once registered, so please read the product description carefully about compatibility, installation, activation, or requirements.

Due to the nature of our digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in 14 days after purchase.

We are happy to issue a refund or store credit if your product is proven to be defective or not as described or you bought the same product twice. 

Unfortunately, we do not refund you if:

  • You no longer need the purchased product.
  • You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind.
  • You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations
  • You cannot use the product due to due to software limitations
  • You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge/know-how

We also highly recommend all customers back up their orders on an alternate/separate hard drive to protect against loss of products purchased from Plugins Masters. In the event of a failed/broken hard drive, Plugins Masters will only replace download links for a previous order (made within the past two years) upon being provided proof of purchase. Any lost purchases made more than two years prior will not be replaced.

Plugins Masters does not refund for the following products:

  • Where the serial has been registered/activated, the product has been used and is displaying no signs of technical fault. At Plugins Masterswe sell a range of different products with varying registration/activation methods. Once the product has been registered, activated or if downloading has commenced, you will not be able to receive a refund under any circumstances
  • Products that were purchased in an incorrect format for your system. At Plugins Masterswe clearly state on all product pages the relevant information, in regards to a product’s system requirements. Customers bear the responsibility to have the correct knowledge of the minimum product system requirements.
  • Individual products that have been purchased within a Bundle+ product. Any products purchased within a Bundle+ cannot be refunded individually.
  • As a reseller, we at Plugins Masters
  •  are required to adhere to each manufacturer’s policy on refunds. In some cases, we are unable to instantly grant a refund as we must request permission from the manufacturer, first.

Plugins Masters strongly advises checking what software and hardware are required to use the products and the minimum hardware requirements necessary. Such information is always provided on the product pages. The customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge required to use the product.
