Account Registration and Information
Registration: To purchase products and download free products from the Plugins Masters website, you must create an account and submit specific information, including but not limited to a username, password, email address, and billing information. You agree that all information submitted is correct, current, accurate, and non-fraudulent. In the event that your personal and/or billing details change, you will amend your account details accordingly.
Age: If you are under the age of 18, you must get your parent or guardian to review and agree to the terms and conditions, as they should enter into these terms on your behalf.
Information: You agree that all information supplied may be used by Plugins Masters to manage your account, process your orders, and improve Plugins Masters services and policies.
Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account and login details. You are required to immediately inform Plugins Masters of any unauthorized use of your account. Plugins Masters will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account or personal data, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plugins Masters, its directors, employees, third-party content providers, designers, licensors, or the like, for any improper, unauthorized or illegal uses of your account and/or personal data.
Termination: Plugins Masters may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account if the information supplied is found to be inaccurate, false, or fraudulent. Plugins Masters may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach any of the policies, terms, or license agreements governing your use of our website, products or any other contractual obligation. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination.
Legal Downloads
We only sell LEGAL downloads here at Plugins Masters. We offer downloadable digital products dedicated to music production created by our team or legally distributed from other vendors/labels. If you have any reservations about the validity of our service or Products, then please contact any of our vendors/labels, who will be happy to confirm that we are an authorized digital retailer of their products.
Download Links
After you have paid for your Products you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page with direct download buttons & links. Also, you will receive an order notification email containing your download links. Your digital products can also be found at My Account. Download Links have no expiration time. IP Addresses are tracked for security purposes.
If you didn’t receive download links in a few minutes after finalizing your purchase, please check your spam folder. Your e-mail is stored in our database when you first purchase from our store for further communication. If you prefer not to receive this email you can unsubscribe at any time by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email message.
Serials / Registration Codes
Some of the products like software synthesizers or audio plugins need serials or registration codes for full activation. You will get your serial or registration code via e-mail with the new order message notification. Also, the serials or registration codes can be found at My Account. Orders (check the specific order and you will find the code there).
Intellectual Property Rights
All Products, MP3 Demos, Materials, Artwork, Graphics, Text, Interfaces, Logos, Images, and Photographs on this website are owned or licensed to Plugins Masters and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws.
We sell Products from third-party manufacturers and the right to sell these Products (and to display their product information and materials) has been obtained from the relevant manufacturers.
Account Registration
Account Registration is mandatory if you want to buy products from our site. In this way, you will have access to your files any time you need it. Log-in in and check the Downloads section. To register with us then you will be required to provide your name and email address. We cannot be held accountable if you do not receive your Download links due to you submitting an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your download links within 2 hours then please contact us @ contact@pluginsmasters.com
If you are a customer of Plugins Masters you may also receive occasional emails that are relevant to your purchase history.
Payment
Payment will be taken from the Paypal, Credit, or Debit Card. You will not receive any download access or serial numbers until the transaction is complete.
Refund Policy
Downloads cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded or a serial code has been activated. This does not, of course, affect any other rights that you may have.
Technical Issues
You are responsible for making sure your internet connection is fast enough to download the products you order and that your PC or MAC can de-compress ZIP/RAR files.
Restrictions
You may not give out your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of your customer account.
The license agreement you obtain when you purchase a product from this website can only be used by you. In other words, your product licenses and/or customer account details cannot be sold, transferred, rented, or used by any third-party.
You are not permitted to make copies of the Products you’ve purchased with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit products to friends and family or anyone else, as these acts breach international copyright laws.
You may not upload the Products you purchase to file-sharing sites, torrent sites, Peer-2-Peer sites, Crack or Warez sites. We reserve the right to share your details with any sample pack label or manufacturer which holds the copyright for a product that you have illegally shared.
You may not resell the sample packs or sounds you buy from this website to any third party, as the license for these products is non-transferable. Some music software products include a license that can be transferred.
Any abuse (spam, fraud, DDOS attacks, multiple accounts to download free products, and any other activity that intends to affect the operation of the website) from users will be sanctioned by blocking access to the website by deleting their account and blocking the IP address as well as announcing the governmental institutions empowered to take the necessary legal measures.
Account Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. Simply send an email to info@pluginsmasters.com requesting the termination of your user account.
Exclusions
We will do everything in our power to ensure that this website is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we make no guarantees about the availability of our service.
Plugins Masters shall have no liability for your Products once the Product is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to back up the Products you buy from PLUGINSMASTERS.COM. We will offer you a free copy of your download links in the future, though, should you have a hard drive problem, for example.
However, we will only be able to re-send you links for products that are currently available at that moment in time. If your purchase history includes products we no longer sell, we will be unable to re-send you these links. Moreover, we will only be able to send you your purchase history on a one-off basis, for security reasons. Please contact info@pluginsmasters.com if you require further information.
Limitation
We exclude all liability and responsibility for any loss incurred by you or a third party in connection with this website or the Service we offer, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that affect computer equipment, software, data or other storage devices on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your purchasing and downloading of materials and Products from this site.
